Neurolink People is a hybrid agency that combines content, media relationships, and thoughtful creativity to create effective communication programs. We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented community manager to join our team. 

Your time will be divided between corporate communications and social media activation; You'll work in an innovative advertising company and support new customers who develop content for everyone from marketing experts to senior industry executives.

You'll create content, lead community management, and manage social channels. If you love writing, managing communities, finding what makes the audience work, and turning that idea into a great job, all with enthusiasm and a collaborative attitude, then you'll fit right in.

Responsibilities

  1. Monitor forums and engage accordingly in the company’s best interests.

  2. Create all social media posts in-sync with company and business line strategies/campaigns.

  3. Act as the frontline for customer support and service on social channels when needed.

  4. Work within the marketing department to keep messaging on brand.

  5. Gather and analyze data from social media campaigns.

  6. Manage and dashboard all campaigns utilizing HootSuite.

  7. Help to manage web content -- disseminate blog articles, e-books, videos, etc. -- and conduct content analysis and optimization with the digital marketing team.

  8. Identify trending information and being able to react quickly

Challenges

  1. A good communicator, accustomed to dealing with customers, ideally in different industries or events.

  2. Happy taking ownership of problems and finding ways to solve them.

  3. Positive, enthusiastic and able to adapt to fast-changing situations.

  4. Confident using Bella and other basic IT packages

You must have

  1. 1-2 years writing experience - ideally across multiple formats (i.e. social, blogs, articles etc)

  2. A self-starter with a “do what it takes” mentality and ability to work independently.

  3. Expertise and enthusiasm for social media platforms and best practices is required.

  4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  5. Outstanding attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

  6. Demonstrated ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

  7. Works well independently and in a team environment.

  8. Experience with Hootesuite, Tweetback, Sprinklr or other CMS platforms a plus
