Human Talent Coordinator
We are looking for a highly motivated HR Coordinator to join the Human Resources team who is passionate about driving an outstanding candidate and new hire experience at the company. This role works directly with candidates, the team and managers to effectively execute all recruitment related tasks in addition to project work with the broader HR function. This is a highly visible role within the organization, and you will need to be comfortable working on multiple activities at once & with senior stakeholders in the business. You will need to have a highly engaged and entrepreneurial mindset who thrives in working in a dynamic environment.
DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES?
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related fields.
People management skills, works well under pressure and meets tight deadlines, organizational and time management skills.
Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal skills, self-starter attitude, confidentiality and discretion.
At least 1 year of Human Resources and Talent Acquisition experience.
Ability to drive and complete projects, proficiency in MS Office.
It's a plus
Exposure to Labor Law and employment equity regulations.
Exposure to payroll practices.
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
Responsible for updating and ensuring accurate job descriptions.
Responsible for talent acquisition including posting positions on relevant job boards, screening of resumes, conducting telephone screens, and scheduling team interviews.
Source and attract top-level talent using various sources such as job boards, social media, and employee referrals.
Follow up on feedback post-interview, assist in creating job offers, and conduct background and reference checks.
