Neurolink People is seeking a highly motivated HR Coordinator to join the Human Resources team who is passionate about driving an outstanding candidate and new hire experience at Neurolink People. This role works directly with candidates, the team, and  managers to effectively execute all recruitment related tasks in addition to project work with the broader HR function. This is a highly visible role within the organization, and you will need to be comfortable working on multiple activities at once & with senior stakeholders in the business. You will need to have a highly engaged and entrepreneurial mindset who thrives in working in a dynamic environment. This position is Virtual (Remote)

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for updating and ensuring accurate job descriptions

  • Responsible for talent acquisition including posting positions on relevant job boards, screening of resumes, conducting telephone screens, and scheduling team interviews.

  • Source and attract top-level talent using various sources such as job boards, social media, and employee referrals.

  • Follow up on feedback post-interview, assist in creating job offers, and conduct background and reference checks.

  • Partner with MDB marketing team to develop content and creative ideas to promote Neurolink People LLC employment brand and jobs through the company website, social media, and other channels.

  • Provide timely updates to candidates to level-set expectations.

  • Maintain applicant tracking system (BELLA) candidate records-

  • Compile weekly and monthly reports from BELLA

Challenges

  • Plan and attend career fairs, on-site interviews, and networking events to attract talent.

  • Identify and build strong candidate pipeline from job boards, colleges and strategic recruiting events. 

  • Prepare and schedule new-hire onboarding

  • Conduct new-hire HR orientations. 

  • Educate new hires on all aspects of Curion benefits plans. Escalate questions to insurance brokers/partners. 

  • Prepare, collect, and process all documents related to employment onboarding and offboarding changes (new hires, status changes, separations, etc).

  • Maintains current and accurate knowledge on human resources programs/policies, benefit programs; escalates issues as needed.

  • With the Payroll department to ensure employee status and benefit changes are accurate and timely for payroll processing; prepares and submits invoices for payment.

 

You must have

  • Make sure you have a good Internet connection and optimal tablet or laptop computer for the development of your activities in the position.

  • Bachelors degree or relevant/equivalent work experience required.

  • At least 1 year of HR and Talent Acquisition experience preferred.

  • Strong ability to drive and complete projects required.

  • Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal skills required. 

  • Proficiency in MS Office, specifically MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint.

  • Excellent time management skills.

  • High degree of accuracy and attention to detail required.

  • Demonstrated a high level of confidentiality and discretion.

  • Self-starter attitude.

  • Must be able to adapt to a changing work environment and priorities to accommodate business needs.
