DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES?
Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business, Human Resources or related fields.

1 year of experience with recruitment processes and databases.
Ability to design and implement recruiting strategies.
Ability to conduct different types of interviews.
Proficiency in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, Power Point).

WHAT WILL YOU DO?
Sourcing candidates through databases and social media.
Attracting suitable candidates through databases, online employment forums, social media, etc.
Conducting interviews and sorting through applicants to fill open positions.
Assessing applicants' knowledge, skills, and experience to best suit open positions.
Completing paperwork for new hires.
